Oscar Le Rois joined Fontainebleau Aviation in the spring of 2012, following his service as a soldier in the US Army. Over the years, Oscar remained a dedicated team member, ultimately, evolving into a team lead. With structure and great discipline, he learned the intricacies of safety, quality control and the best practices to work on the ramp. In his new role as FBO Training and Quality Control Manager, he will evaluate and create necessary training for all the team members of Fontainebleau Aviation ensuring they meet federal, state and industry standards. In conjunction with standard training procedures he will also coordinate NATA, OSHA and the necessary training that meets ATA 103 and NFPA 407 standards.
